Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or services. By using Green Realty Property Management's platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Green Realty Property Management website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, property owners, tenants, and any other users of our platform.
2. Property Listing Services
Property owners who list properties through our platform agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their properties. Green Realty Property Management reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content. Owners are responsible for ensuring their properties comply with all applicable Rhode Island housing laws and regulations.
3. Tenant Responsibilities
Tenants using our platform to browse listings, save favorites, or request showings agree to provide truthful information during the application process. Any showing requests are subject to availability and owner approval. Green Realty Property Management does not guarantee the availability of any listed property. Tenants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any lease agreement.
4. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information provided through our platform — including names, email addresses, and property details — is used solely for the purpose of facilitating property management services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
5. Maintenance & Construction Services
General construction and maintenance services provided by Green Realty are subject to separate service agreements. All work is performed by licensed and insured contractors in accordance with Rhode Island building codes and regulations. Green Realty is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including material shortages, weather conditions, or permit processing times.
6. Limitation of Liability
Green Realty Property Management provides its platform and services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Owner Portal Terms
Property owners who create accounts on our portal agree to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Listings submitted through the owner portal are subject to review and may be removed if they violate our policies. Green Realty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Changes to Terms
Green Realty Property Management reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
